Kaza, Şanlıurfa-Gaziantep otobanında Şanlıurfa gişeleri çıkışında saat 13.45 sularında meydana geldi.
İddiaya göre, otobandaki gişeler çıkışında Gaziantep istikametine seyir halinde olan 33 BHS 34 tır ile 21 KC 665 plakalı Diyarbakır firmasına ait yolcu otobüsünün karıştığı kaza yaşandı.
Kazada çarpışmanın etkisiyle yolcu otobüsü yoldan çıktı ve devrildi.
Kaza sonrası yaralıların yardımına çevredekiler koştu.
İhbar üzerine olay yerine çok sayıda ambulans sevk edildi.
İlk müdahaleleri olay yerinde yapılan 10 yaralı daha sonra çevredeki hastanelere sevk edildi.
